Jack dam drills

Jack dam drills are for drilling a hole in the wall of the main trough of the blast furnace. This ensures that cast products are fully drained from the furnace.

DHM GROUP offers its Customers different models of drills based on their specific requirements to the main trough location, foundations, columns and fixed equipment for each specific cast house. Equipment drives may be either hydraulic or pneumatic and be powered by either the general pump unit of the equipment system or independently. The drills can be made either portable or stationary.
