Main components of the sintering machine

Loading part
- Pneumatic caving prevents charge from hanging in hopper corners.
- Directional impact avoids vibration and disruption to charge weighing sensors.
- Gas permeability device ensures effective gas penetration and uniform sintering by loosening charge.
- Charge level can be adjusted on-line with automatic control.
- Feeder drum is equipped with stainless steel lining that is replaceable without drum dismantling.
Sintering machine drive
- The drive can be installed on any sintering machine being refurbished with various sintering areas.
- There is no need to synchronize the operation of several gearboxes. Possible overloads and stops of the drive are eliminated.
- Wide range of speed control of the sintering belt.
- Unique design eliminates the need for large-sized highly loaded couplings.
- Misalignment of the shafts of the drive drum and the output shaft of the gearbox is excluded.


Sintering pallet cars
Introducing DHM GROUP’s patented cast-welded sintering pallet cars, designed with innovation in mind.
These pallet cars are manufactured with special steel that provides increased strength at high temperatures, resulting in a 30% reduction in overall weight.
With this innovative design, Clients can expect reduced wear and tear on guide beams and less stress on the drive, resulting in increased efficiency and longer equipment lifespan.

By utilizing highly wear-resistant and temperature-resistant materials, the cast-welded sintering pallet cars offer significantly reduced weight, thereby lowering the load on the drive and eliminating any potential deflection of the car.
Increased wear resistance
Our sintering pallet cars are manufactured using a combined approach, utilizing cast sidewalls and sheet metal beams welded to them, with no bolted connections. This ensures the cars are more durable and eliminates any potential weak points from bolted connections.

Increasing the performance level of the sintering machine
The sintering cars are made with a reliable cargo seal, thereby increasing the vacuum under the grate and, accordingly, the productivity of the sintering machines.
Minimum maintenance
The running rollers are made with sealed bearings, which are lubricated with high temperature greases not more than once every 4-6 months.
