In January 2012 DHM GROUP concluded the contract with Guatemalteca de Niquel Company (Guatemala), which is the member of Solway Investment Group Limited, for supplying complex of hydraulic equipment for servicing the ferronickel furnace tapholes.

Unlike similar complexes supplied earlier, new project uses the combination of stationary mud gun machines and mobile suspended taphole drilling machine, allowing optimal layout of the equipment on the operating floor. Besides, upon request of Guatemalteca de Niquel, the complex of equipment for drilling and closing of tapholes was supplemented with two stationary pneumatic slag stoppers.

In December 2012, after successful tests at the manufacturing plant, the equipment was prepared and dispatched to the Customer. Design of each machine developed and produced by our company employs the advanced technical solutions for ensuring high reliability, long service life, affordable service and maintainability of all parts and assemblies.
