At the beginning of 2026, DHM GROUP received two new orders from ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih for the manufacture of HBV-1100 and HBV-1300 hot blast valves. These solutions are key components of the hot blast system in blast furnace operations and have a direct impact on the stability and efficiency of the technological process.
The hot blast valve is designed to ensure reliable and airtight isolation of the hot blast stove from the hot blast main of the blast furnace. Its design is engineered to withstand extreme thermal and mechanical loads, ensuring stable operation and a high level of overall system reliability.
The equipment has been fully manufactured and the factory acceptance tests have been successfully completed.
It is worth noting that this is not the first experience of DHM GROUP in supplying this type of equipment. In 2024, the company successfully delivered similar projects to such plants as Zaporizhstal, ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, and Kamet-Steel, confirming the consistent quality and reliability of its solutions under real industrial operating conditions.
